Responsibilities
Own and drive the integrated execution roadmap across platform, data, applications, security, identity/access, governance, and operations
Coordinate multi-vendor delivery, manage dependencies, and control the critical path
Run a disciplined execution cadence covering planning, delivery, risk, and decision-making
Define, protect, and enforce Day One success criteria
Maintain clear boundaries between Day One scope and backlog
Own a consolidated execution backlog with accountable owners and timelines
Design and operate a clear decision-rights and escalation model
Ensure decisions are made quickly, documented consistently, and fully traceable
Maintain evidence and artifacts expected by auditors and senior leadership
Lead structured executive communications with a 'no surprises' approach
Escalate material risks appropriately while preserving local execution authority
Establish an audit-ready RACI across infrastructure, application, data, security, and operations
Consolidate vendor service and sub-service inventories aligned to contracts, SLAs, and controls
Stand up a minimum viable Day One operating model (support, escalation, onboarding, vendor coordination)
Own critical execution and governance artifacts, including decision logs, service catalogs, RACIs, operating playbooks, and readiness assessments
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading 0→1 platform launches in regulated environments
Experience operating in multi-parent, joint-venture, or complex stakeholder contexts
Strong multi-vendor delivery leadership
Fluency across platform, data, security, and operating models (without acting as the solution architect)
Track record of producing audit-quality execution artifacts
Ability to impose structure under ambiguity without slowing delivery
Executive-level communication skills, including experience presenting to C-suite (board exposure preferred)

Will need the ability to travel to Toronto office as needed
