Responsibilities

SAP PP/PCS configuration and best practices for MBoM, Routing, and Shop Floor Execution
Conduct work stream requirement gathering with business process owners and complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires
Plan and build Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) based on assessment findings
Requirements management, configuration, documentation, and process flows
Author Key Decision Documentation and Functional Specifications
Manage Authorization and Security within SAP modules
Test planning for standard and custom objects
Lead change management and reporting activities
Ensure S/4HANA experience, including Parameter Effectivity and integration with PLM and MES systems
Manage Classification, MRP, Scheduling, and Costing views of Material Masters
Handle Work Centers, BoMs, Routings – revisions & ECM
Oversee Production Order Lifecycle (Creation → Confirmation → Goods Receipt) including collective orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
Manage External Processing/Subcontracting and Production Order Kitting
Execute Goods Issues (batch managed) and reversals for production orders
Support Rework and Production Order Splitting, Availability Checking, and Shortage Reporting
Facilitate integration with PLM and MES systems

Qualification

SAP PP/PCSS/4HANAAerospace & Defense experienceDiscrete Manufacturing experienceIntegration with PLMMES

Required

15+ years of experience in SAP PCS
Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry and Discrete Manufacturing
SAP PP/PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)
S/4HANA experience and integration knowledge with PLM and MES
SAP PP/PCS configuration and best practices for MBoM, Routing, and Shop Floor Execution
