Handle your own caseload, while working closely with partners on litigation strategy and client development
Draft written discovery, dispositive motions, and other key legal documents
Prepare clients for depositions and defend/participate in depositions
Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and other litigation-related events
Provide direct client interaction, offering updates and guidance on case progress
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience
Ability to handle own caseload
Experience in drafting written discovery, dispositive motions, and other key legal documents
Experience in preparing clients for depositions and defending/participating in depositions
Ability to attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and other litigation-related events
Experience in providing direct client interaction, offering updates and guidance on case progress
Preferred
Rhode Island bar admission or eligibility
