Responsibilities

Assist and support attorneys on various labor, employment, and benefits matters, including drafting documents, tracking legislation, and preparing materials
Conduct legal research to assist attorneys in providing legal advice to FINRA management and departments
Assist in document collection and review as needed for legal matters
Assist in the preparation of subpoena responses
Attend internal labor, employment, and benefits team strategy discussions

Required

The ideal candidate is pursuing a J.D; candidates entering their second or third year of law school in August 2026
