Responsibilities

Lead the design of tagging strategies and workflows across marketing, analytics, media, and product teams
Define current and future state tagging processes enabled by Adobe technologies (Adobe Launch, WebSDK, Event Forwarding), with a focus on scalability and performance
Develop success metrics and tracking plans to ensure proper variable enablement and reporting accuracy
Document tagging problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations
Design and implement data layers, including event-driven structures, to support efficient tag management
Translate experience flows from FIGMA into detailed technical specifications based on analytics requirements
Implement and validate tags in Adobe Launch across staging and production environments
Troubleshoot end-to-end tagging and data collection issues in collaboration with engineering and reporting teams
Deploy vendor tags using Adobe Event Forwarding and support CAPI implementations
Maintain tagging accuracy through deep understanding of application architecture, cookie behavior, and data layer implementations
Create and maintain journey-based tagging specification documents and Solution Design References
Optimize Adobe Launch configurations for performance and efficiency
Demonstrate working knowledge of AppMeasurement and WebSDK, including migration awareness
Configure reporting variables and apply Adobe Analytics Processing Rules and Marketing Channel logic for accurate data attribution
Show attention to detail with strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of tagging projects
Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Oversee Comcast India Engineering Center (CIEC) team workload: prioritize requests, assign tasks, and support the team to ensure timely and accurate tag implementation
Lead backlog management and prioritization for tagging-related projects
Manage cross-functional relationships and provide dotted-line mentorship to two individual contributors
Participate in stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, and align project timelines
Diagnose and document issues using QA practices to ensure data integrity and operational excellence
Serve as subject matter expert on tag management and stay up-to-date with latest developments in tag management systems and digital analytics technologies
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Strong domain knowledge in digital analytics and tagging
