GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a New Hire Orientation Training Coordinator to play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for campus hires. The role involves designing and executing a world-class orientation program, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing diverse tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to select, order, and deliver branded gifts and event materials
Plan and order meals and beverages for program sessions and social events, ensuring everything stays within budget
Secure classrooms and event spaces across regions for all sessions during the five-week program
Create and manage participant surveys in Qualtrics and report on feedback
Support contracting workflows, vendor scheduling, and event delivery coordination
Assist with spend tracking and reconciliation using the Client’s Spend Management System (SMS)
Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed
Ensure smooth execution of all operational aspects during the program
