Responsibilities

Lead and execute apparel product testing initiatives for intimate, loungewear, shapewear, and performance apparel
Plan, manage, and execute multi-phase qualitative and quantitative wear tests
Recruit, manage, and build relationships with target athletes/consumers
Facilitate body-conscious product evaluations with professionalism, discretion, and inclusivity
Analyze testing data and athlete/consumer feedback; produce clear written reports and presentations
Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Merchandising, Technical Development, Materials, Risk Engineering, and Apparel Labs
Evolve and improve testing methodologies to advance overall testing capabilities
Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in partially clothed testing environments
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for fit, comfort, performance, and materials

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in: Apparel product testing, Apparel development or creation, Consumer research or apparel performance testing
Strong understanding of fit, fabric performance, and wear testing methodologies
Proven experience conducting body-conscious or close-to-body product testing
Ability to facilitate sensitive discussions around comfort, fit, and body perception
Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative tests
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools)
Willingness to travel 20–30% annually

Preferred

Experience in intimate apparel, shapewear, or activewear
Background in psychometrics, sensory perception, behavioral science, or motor learning
Hands-on experience with tools such as: SPSS, Qualtrics, Airtable, Smartsheets, Dscout, EyeQuestion, SigmaPlot
Passion for sport or performance-driven products
