Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance Officer

TexasBank is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support of a complex, confidential nature to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The role includes schedule coordination, document preparation, and communication management to ensure effective operation within the compliance department.

Responsibilities

Assists and supports the CCO with tasks as needed
Assists in coordinating the CCO daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc
Daily review, coordination, and anticipation of CCO needs, calendar, tasks as well as confirm, coordinate, and organize corporate meetings
Screens incoming visitors, phone calls, email, and mail directed to CCO from outside and within organization
Assists with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, and initiating communication on behalf of CCO
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics to help coordinate compliance and legal issue management
Reads, researches, reviews, verifies, and routes correspondence, reports, and legal documents
Drafts, revises, and edits letters and other written documents, and collects and analyzes information
Interprets and adapts guidelines, practices, and policies
Handles highly confidential and privileged matters
Works with top level executives in work situations
Exercises discretion concerning schedule changes, changing priorities and meeting interruptions
Occasionally provides administrative support for others in the department
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of being an Executive or Corporate Assistant or Legal Secretary
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Must be highly professional, mindful, and organized

Preferred

Associate degree, preferred
