Talent Acquisition Project Manager

The Talent Acquisition Project Manager drives project management for technical and process improvement projects, leading prioritized recruiting initiatives and orchestrating work across various stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
Responsibilities
Developing productivity tools
Managing documentation
Tracking schedules
Driving planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to hit hiring targets on time and within budget
Leveraging Workday Recruiting, Excel/Power BI, and TA dashboards to monitor progress and unblock delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years proven project management experience in TA/HR programs (stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, budget control)
Hands on Workday or other ATS recruiting experience—comfortable pulling and analyzing reports
Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, or other analytical software, for TA metrics
Experience coordinating with RPO/vendors and cross functional HR partners
Preferred
Familiarity with PMO recruiting methodology (role tagging, cadence, dashboards) and A3/Daily Management or similar Lean practices
