Support daily loan servicing and administration activities for rental housing loans
Assist with construction and permanent loan closings
Set up new loans, onboarding, and servicing orientation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain loan records
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party administrators as needed
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations
Working knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with loan servicing systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exposure to affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, or state housing finance agencies
Understanding of loan documentation and compliance standards
