Assists maintenance crew with electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, light fixtures, and ballasts
Assists maintenance crew with plumbing work such as cleaning stoppages and replacing fittings
Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens, drywall repairs, and molding work
Replaces broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, and locks
Paints apartments and common areas; hang, prep and sand drywall
Assists in move-in and move-out procedures
Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in maintenance shop
Assists in outdoor grounds work, including grounds policing and snow removal
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills required!
