Build a 13-week rolling cash forecast
Strengthen controls, compliance, and risk management
Improve margins and financial discipline
Manage banking, lending, and capital relationships
Support growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives

Required

Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, Controller+)

Preferred

Experience in operations-heavy, multi-unit, or services businesses preferred

Military, government, or service-oriented leadership backgrounds are strongly preferred
