Responsibilities
The Quality Business Analyst/Project Coordinator ensures accuracy and consistency in client onboarding processes
Key responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, validating data across sources, creating metrics, streamlining workflows, and identifying risks for proactive mitigation
This role may also support onboarding tasks such as user setup, procedure updates, and documentation
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in project coordination or support
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting project managers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
