Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Support Salesforce implementations with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide best practices for Salesforce and agile delivery
Support testing, validation, and user acceptance efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption

Required

US Citizenship required
Must be local to the DMV area
Must be willing to work on-site in Washington, DC, three days per week
Bachelor's degree required
Five or more years of Salesforce experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud
Strong background working in agile environments, ideally functioning as an agile coach or a senior agile practitioner
Active Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain one as a condition of employment

Preferred

Prior experience supporting federal programs or government clients
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
