Responsibilities
Assists the Nursing Services Manager or Director with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care necessary to provide world class patient services
Responsible for operational and clinical areas as assigned, while establishing and sustaining a patient-centered focus and through that focus, achieving the administrative, clinical and financial goals established by Parkview Health, and in concert with all Parkview Health partners, physicians and other leadership
Qualification
Required
Must obtain Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three years of employment or will not be eligible to continue in the role
Valid Indiana registered Nurse license required
Must have current CPR certification
Must have 2-3 years progressive clinical experience in related field of nursing
Preferred
At least one year in a leadership capacity preferred
