Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting alongside the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
Post roles, source candidates, and conduct initial phone screens
Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate ATS data
Assist with onboarding tasks, background checks, and hiring documentation
Participate in career fairs and local recruiting events

Bachelor’s degreeMicrosoft OfficeATS experienceInterest in construction recruitingCommunication skillsOrganization skillsAttention to detail

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Interest in recruiting for construction and skilled trades roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus
Ability to work onsite daily in Baltimore, MD
