Responsibilities
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools, community organizations, and parent groups
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including educational fairs, workshops, and community events, to increase brand visibility and engagement
Build and maintain a local network to expand awareness and lead flow
Develop strong relationships with parents, educators, and institutional partners
Understand stakeholder needs and communicate program value clearly
Communicate professionally in both Chinese and English
Own enrollment/business growth targets and track progress
Provide regular updates on pipeline, results, market insights, and action plans
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support local growth goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (examples: partnerships, events, community outreach, lead generation)
Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required)
Strong planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure
Willingness to travel ~10–20% for short regional trips as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with the local education landscape is a plus
Strong English proficiency (is highly valued)
This role is remote, but we give priority to candidates located in (or close to) Boston, PA, Washington, DC, Chicago, Atlanta, or Seattle
