Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including trash removal from common area receptables
Identify and resolve all maintenance issue including scheduling contractors and oversight of contractors in conjunction with the onsite manager
Performs plumbing work such as cleaning stoppages and replacing
Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety at the community
Assists in outdoor grounds work, when necessary, including grounds policing and snow
Participates in on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holiday
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to present a positive professional demeanor by encompassing WPM Brand Compass Values
Ability to operate PC and learn new software
Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, associates, and clients
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures
Required to work indoors on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as well as outdoors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Some prior experience in maintenance
5 years of maintenance experience preferred
