ONE (Open Network Exchange) is a leader in the loyalty travel solutions space, seeking a detail-oriented Account Resolution Specialist to manage the dispute process efficiently. The role involves maintaining organized records, tracking data, identifying fraud, and ensuring clear communication with internal teams.

Computer Software

Responsibilities

Process delinquent, defaulted, and cancelled payments

Review transactions to detect and address potentially fraudulent activity, including issuing refunds and blocking fraudulent accounts

Navigate payment processing platforms (Stripe / Cybersource) to suspend payment plans or take in new payments

Notify the appropriate departments of pertinent information that may impact their team related to disputes, delinquencies, defaults or cancellations

Create and manage shared folders for each new dispute, ensuring all relevant issuer letters are properly uploaded and organized

Enter guest and transaction details into data tracker with accuracy

Perform additional clerical tasks as needed to support the payment review and recovery processes

Required

High School diploma

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using SharePoint and data tracking tools

Excellent communication skills for effective internal collaboration

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred

Familiarity with payment platforms (Stripe, Cybersource and Micamp) is a plus

Previous experience in dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or a related field is preferred but not required
