Responsibilities
Coach and guide teams using agile best practices to build high-performing teams
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and transparency
Remove impediments and coordinate across teams and stakeholders
Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters
Partner with Agile Leaders to strengthen Agile adoption across the organization
Support learning opportunities such as communities of practice and training
Ensure adherence to company risk, regulatory, and internal control standards
Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years on an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Preferred
Experience in multiple technology team roles
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices
Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead through influence
