Responsibilities

Support the execution of sales strategies aligned with Forian’s business objectives, focusing on life sciences clients and healthcare data–driven solutions
Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, prospecting, industry events, and outbound efforts
Participate in sales pursuits across the full lifecycle, including discovery, solution development, proposal support, and client presentations
Contribute to pitch materials, proposals, and statements of work in collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Support relationships with existing clients by helping understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities
Assist in developing tailored solutions using Forian’s data assets, analytics, and platforms to address client objectives
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to support ongoing engagement and opportunity expansion
Help ensure a positive client experience by partnering with delivery and product teams during project execution
Work closely with internal teams (delivery, data, product, analytics, and operations) to help shape feasible, high-quality client solutions
Support coordination between sales and delivery teams to ensure clear handoffs and alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations
Help translate client needs into clear project requirements and solution concepts
Monitor life sciences market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform sales strategies and solution positioning
Assist in maintaining sales pipeline data and contributing to revenue forecasting in Salesforce
Support internal reporting and analysis related to sales activity and performance
Share knowledge and best practices with peers and collaborate effectively across the commercial team
Support onboarding of new team members by sharing tools, processes, and institutional knowledge
Continue developing expertise in healthcare claims data, life sciences analytics, and Forian’s solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, life sciences, healthcare, analytics)
5–8 years of experience in life sciences, healthcare, or data-driven consulting and/or sales roles
Experience supporting sales cycles, client engagements, or business development efforts
Working knowledge of healthcare data (medical, pharmacy, and/or hospital claims preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to presentations and proposals
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred

Experience working with healthcare analytics, real-world evidence, or data platforms
Exposure to consultative selling or solution-based sales models
Familiarity with life sciences clients (pharma, biotech, medical devices, or related)
