Hedge Fund Program Associate

The Hedge Fund Program Associate will support the Portfolio Construction and Quantitative Analysis group, focusing on hedge fund strategies, financial instruments, and portfolio construction while collaborating with various teams within the organization.

Responsibilities
Supporting other senior team members in our portfolio construction and quantitative analysis efforts
Contribute to a wide variety of projects in coordination with other teams within JPMAAM including Research, Risk Management and Client Solutions
Qualification
Required
A degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
Knowledge of and passion for global financial markets, with a focus on investment and risk analysis
Good knowledge of statistical concepts
Hands-on experience and understanding of portfolio construction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid analytical skills and experience processing large sets of information and data
Strong Excel skills are a must (including VBA/macros). Python, SQL, and Tableau are also required
Ability to execute within a fast-paced and demanding environment while managing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
A Master's degree in a related area (including econometrics) is a plus
CFA designation achieved or in progress is a plus
