Responsibilities
Travel to assigned markets to support installs lacking local Project Manager coverage
Assist with jobsite coordination during high-volume weeks or personnel absences
Serve as a flexible resource for pop-up markets or expansion zones
Conduct pre-install walkthroughs, install-day monitoring, and post-install inspections
Capture and upload photos into the CRM system and complete install checklists
Coordinate subcontractor and material adjustments in the field when needed
Address onsite customer concerns and coordinate with Production Manager for rapid resolution
Intervene in subcontractor quality, pacing, or communication issues as they arise
Escalate systemic patterns or jobsite risks to the Production Manager, Quality Manager and/or Production Director
Provide on-the-job coaching to subcontractors in partnership with the Quality Manager
Reinforce SmartRoof installation standards and field documentation practices
Support pilot programs or new product installs as needed
Serve as a trusted SmartRoof representative for customer questions during install
Explain project timelines, address minor scope questions, and gather real-time feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or project management
Experience with subcontractor oversight and construction job cycle management
Strong working knowledge of project workflows, CRM tools, and permitting
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
