Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of Plaintiff PI litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and case summaries
Manage case files, medical records, and client communications
Assist with trial preparation and settlement packages
Coordinate with experts, providers, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience on cases like Accident, Slip and Fall, Catastrophic Injury, and others
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and passion for Plaintiff-side advocacy
Preferred
Experience with case management software is a plus
