Responsibilities

Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities
Assist with employee onboarding, training coordination, and development initiatives
Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, leaves, compensation, and HR policies
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HRIS systems
Support performance management processes and documentation
Track and report basic HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
Ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role

Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
