MOI is seeking passionate designers for their internship program focused on workspace solutions and office design. Interns will work closely with designers to assist in various design phases and tasks, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support designers in product research and presentations

Assist with presentation/ finish boards and booklets

Create site documentation, and attend field visits

Input field measurements into CAD plans

Assist in product count and double checks

Schedule and attend meetings with clients, vendors & sales representatives (occasionally)

Create 3D, colored renderings using CET

Assist designers in space planning and furniture specs and finishes

Request quote and finish samples, along with COM testing

Responsible for daily administrative tasks, general office procedures, and finish library maintenance

Qualification

AutoCADCETAdobe SuiteMicrosoft OfficePositive attitude

Required

Proficient in AutoCAD

Eager to learn with a positive attitude

Ability to be in the regional office

Support designers in product research and presentations

Assist with presentation/ finish boards and booklets
