Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions for the SHI team, focusing on core PowerFlex concepts, PowerFlex Manager and day-to-day operations
Collaborate with the SHI contact to define topics and schedule sessions
Review the current system configuration to ensure alignment with PowerFlex best practices
Advise the customer on additional capabilities and direct them to relevant documentation (e.g., performance optimization, API integration, PowerFlex white papers)
Provide guidance and best practices for backup and recovery of PowerFlex systems
Assist with planning and implementation of PowerFlex replication
