ETS II SAP Concur Transition Manager
EPIC SYSTEMS INC is seeking an ETS II SAP Concur Transition Manager to oversee the migration from ETS2 (ConcurGov) to Go.gov Travel & Expense application. The role involves managing the transition process, developing plans, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

The Transition Manager will oversee the transition/migration from ETS2 (ConcurGov) to Go.gov Travel & Expense application
Previous experience/knowledge of ETS2 (ConcurGOV) or Concur Travel & Expense required
Experience with Go.gov is desirable
Scrum Master or previous experience leading large migration projects required
Work with users to incorporate their requirements into 'Go.gov'
Develop plans and timelines for the migration process by working with all groups involved to provide realistic goals and timelines to meet budget targets
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities related to the migration process, including costs and expenses
Report activities and problems/solutions to the client management team
Ensure problems are minimized and resolved in a timely manner to reduce impact on the approved timelines
Understand and explain features and benefits of the product line as it relates to customer needs
Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
Engage cross-functional resources both internally and with customer organizations to solve problems
Effectively manage time, workload and dynamic shifting priorities
Qualification
Required
VISA – US Citizens
Should be able to obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance, if required
Previous experience/knowledge of ETS2 (ConcurGOV) or Concur Travel & Expense required
