2+ years expQuest Events is seeking a Warehouse Manager to provide leadership and support to the Operations team. The role involves managing inventoried assets, ensuring product quality standards, and participating in the installation and dismantling of events.

Responsibilities
Maintaining the accuracy of inventoried assets on a daily basis
Managing the quality control of assets by checking for cleanliness, damage, and manage accordingly through company process for repair
Facilitating internal equipment transfers
Maintain inventory of equipment assigned to events through accuracy of company paperwork
Ensure warehouse safety and regulations are followed
Knowledgeable in all products Quest Events offers, including installation and dismantling
Train employees on proper assets maintenance and handling processes
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of warehouse area
Qualification
Required
Education: High School diploma required
2+ Years of Experience in the Event Industry or customer service related job experience
Ability to adapt to and maintain a varying schedule and work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed
Must be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently
Must be able to positively interact with others on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism
Time Management, attention to detail, and organization
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quest-related computer programs
Maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to problem solve and prioritize needs on a daily basis
Possess a valid, unexpired drivers license
Submit to an annual driving record review (No DUIs, etc)
This position is required to pass a DOT physical. Must be able to pass written and practical driving tests
Must be able to drive all company vehicles, including medium-duty trucks
Ability to lift 62lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding maximum weight allowance
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Preferred
Associates Degree preferred
Management of inventory and shipping experience preferred
