Responsibilities

Plan, perform, and make decisions regarding the set up and operations of production equipment, including automated machines

Independently run multiple production lines and manage changeovers

Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and product quality issues under general supervision

Perform clean-up functions in sterilized areas as required

Identify the need for minor equipment repairs

Analyze and evaluate charts, follow diagrams, testing, and inspection procedures

Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions

Monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures

Ensure accurate documentation of all quality, safety, and maintenance records

Follow established procedures in compliance with GMP

Adhere to housekeeping, safety policies, and procedures

Work overtime as needed to meet business requirements

Perform other duties as assigned
