Responsibilities

Maximize team results by driving sales and ensuring profitability within the small and medium size B2B customers
Managing, coaching and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives
Develop and retain existing customer portfolio
Work with recruiting new customers through different channels
Develop and drive effective activities and campaigns that support the key objective
Segmentation, market activities, channels, set goals, follow-up results and improve
Make sure incoming customer matters from Customers and Customer Service is handled in an effective way
Cooperation with RSO through leads from stations and local activities
Cooperation with outside sales – frame agreements
Cooperation with marketing
Network with other Inside Sales managers within EUR
Setting requirements ensuring quality leads are provided from other parts of the organization
Digital leads from marketing
Large/frame agreement leads from KAM
Station leads from RSO
