Responsibilities
Configure business processes within the Workday Learning module
Execute the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment
Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase, ensuring that all Workday Learning functionalities align with their specifications and expectations
Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations
Maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning
Establish consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence to Workday Learning best practices
Conduct data mapping and execute data loads for learning metadata, course content, and SCORM files
Design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the Learning module
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform
Configure integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third-party systems
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in the Workday Learning module
Ability to configure business processes within the Workday Learning module
Experience executing the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment
Capability to offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase
Skill in developing comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations
Ability to maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts
Experience establishing consensus on business processes and design
Knowledge of Workday Learning best practices
Experience conducting data mapping and executing data loads for learning metadata, course content, and SCORM files
Ability to design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the Learning module
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform
