Responsibilities

Conduct investigations into workplace concerns raised through internal channels
Interview hourly employees and accurately document real-time statements
Prepare, track, and maintain all investigation documentation
Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality
Support a healthy, inclusive work environment that balances employee advocacy with company values
Partner with salaried personnel as needed
Support employee health and safety requirements

Bachelor's Degree
