Responsibilities

Support business development and promote consulting services of Siemens Power Technologies International as you manage a team of consultants with varied levels of experience (entry-level to expert)
Mentor and develop people while promoting learning from successes and failures
Promote relationship building with new and existing clients
Manage client engagements, proposal generation, and project management functions to deliver consulting services
Ensure the quality of work product
Collaborate with other Siemens Industry Business Units for better customer engagement
Employ strong communication with engaging presentation and writing skills in English

Required

Bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in Power and Energy Systems
A minimum of 8 years of experience providing power systems analysis for utilities, ISOs, RTOs, Transmission Developers, and/or Generation Developers, with at least 2 years of proven leadership experience building and developing teams
Working knowledge of grid simulation software such as PSS®E, TARA, PSLFTM, PowerWorld, PSCADTM, etc
Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally

Preferred

Experience working as an external consultant
