Paid Media Manager
Soni is building the next phase of their paid media organization and is seeking a Senior TikTok Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of TikTok performance across a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands. This hands-on, performance-driven role focuses on managing large ad budgets, optimizing campaigns, and clearly communicating results to clients.

Responsibilities
Manage TikTok ad accounts across ~10 consumer brand clients
Oversee both TikTok GBS (managed) and non-GBS accounts
Fully execute campaigns in-platform for non-GBS clients
Own large-scale budgets (starting ~$1M annually per client; scaling significantly)
Allocate and reallocate spend based on real-time performance
Track pacing, ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency week over week
Lead weekly client calls and performance reviews
Work alongside affiliate and creator teams (content is produced by a separate division)
Understand affiliate agreements and minimum spend requirements to inform media strategy
Focus exclusively on paid media execution and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on TikTok paid media experience
Prior experience with Amazon Ads and/or Walmart.com (at least 1 year)
Strong background in consumer / CPG brands (non-negotiable)
Proven experience managing large budgets ($20M+ total spend preferred)
Experience working with TikTok GBS teams
