The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution
Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee rights, and workplace conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Must have a valid driver's license
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external clients
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
