Responsibilities
Support the Investor Relations team with onboarding, servicing, and maintaining our investor database
Guide new clients through account setup and required documentation
Handle ongoing account maintenance (updates, transfers, gifting, etc.)
Serve as a proactive point of contact for client inquiries-documents, wires, checks, statements, research, and more
Maintain accurate, organized client files
Communicate with investors about financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and tax documents
Collaborate across legal, AML, tax, and fund administration teams to ensure subscriptions and transfers are executed accurately and on time
Gain hands-on experience interacting directly with clients and contributing to a high-performing team focused on outstanding service
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of financial services experience
Strong communication and client-service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience with financial/marketing databases a plus
Familiarity with eFront (Front Invest, Investment Cafe) is a bonus
