Responsibilities

Provide advanced administrative support to the HR department, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of correspondence
Assist in the administration of HR programs and initiatives such as employee benefits, performance management, and employee engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
Assist with employee relations activities, including investigations, incident documentation, and resolution support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, employment history, and performance evaluations
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6–9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred

Experience working with HRIS or other HR management systems
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP
Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
