Qualification
Required
Experience in Insurance Sales and familiarity with general Insurance concepts
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
Proven Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work on-site in Chanute, KS
Have the ability to work remote and maintain a strong work ethic
Relevant licensing as required by the state or willingness to obtain necessary insurance licensing
Preferred
Knowledge of Employee Benefits is preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
