Responsibilities
Assist with client inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, tickets, and chats
Investigate and resolve a wide variety of client questions and issues, and helping with prospective client inquiries
Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably finance or economics – all major's welcome
Working with clients in any capacity
Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate complex issues
Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
Bilingual Spanish roles available
