Bilingual Bookkeeper
Insurance ForUs & Hispano Hub is a business resource platform designed to empower small businesses with essential back-office support. They are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accurate monthly transaction reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks for multiple internal clients.

Responsibilities
Record and categorize business transactions (expenses, purchases, sales revenue, payments)
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Balance books for month-end accuracy
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to clarify transactions and obtain missing information
Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) to manage books efficiently
Qualification
Required
Experience with bookkeeping and reconciliation work
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar software)
Spanish fluency required (written & verbal)
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
Ability to manage multiple client books at one time
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
