Responsibilities
Manage one Operations Associate and oversee daily workflow within the operations team
Maintain and update the loan portfolio system with key deal and asset-related terms/data
Enter trades, review loan transactions, and resolve discrepancies in the portfolio management system, including manually pricing when needed
Coordinate and validate reporting and document delivery to internal teams, SS&C, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy of data and calculations
Monitor cash movements and portfolio impacts, notifying managers and resolving settlement issues with borrowers and Loan Servicers (BPA)
Perform end-of-month P&L reconciliations, comparing accounting systems to loan portfolio records and resolving transactional or valuation discrepancies
Support other operations activities and ad hoc projects, including assisting Investor Relations and Deal Teams as needed
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Finance or related degree
2-6 years of related Credit Operations experience (Direct Lending, Bank Loans, and or Syndicated Loan Agency experience preferred)
Advanced experience with Hedge Funds/Alternative Investments/PE
