Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of production projects
Responsible for client and project development
Client interaction and client meetings
Represent the firm in meetings and conferences with clients, regulatory agencies, and officials of other organizations
Develop projects with clients
Involved in the oversight and management of the design and construction of those projects while maintaining client contact
Qualification
Required
Experience and background with civil engineering disciplines, especially water and wastewater conveyance and treatment or utility/infrastructure design
Ability to apply advanced engineering techniques
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Public speaking and interactions with clients, politicians, and municipal officials
Licensure is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience
