Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones
Join video interviews first to confirm candidates are prepared and technology-ready
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities and maintain flawless attention to detail in all logistics
Represent the recruiting function with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; strong academic track record preferred
2+ years of professional experience — ideal for 2023 graduates or early-career professionals
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset
Upbeat, polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Naturally curious, resourceful, and eager to learn; enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or within professional services or operations is highly valued
Preferred
Candidates who are excited to grow in the coordination function rather than transition immediately into recruiting roles
