This role involves assisting a Mortgage Advisor in client engagement, administrative support, and business development activities to help clients achieve home ownership.

Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
Assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
Assist with marketing and business development activities, which are designed to facilitate new business, by identifying, and attracting clients to the Mortgage Advisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in residential mortgages
Ability to engage with clients and respond to inquiries
Ability to assist in the mortgage application process
Ability to provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisor
Ability to assist with marketing and business development activities
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to build trust through respect and authenticity
Commitment to values such as trust, teamwork, and accountability
Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
