Responsibilities

Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy targeting the Heavy Truck & Bus market
Create and maintain a focused target account list and comprehensive sales plan
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
Forge strong relationships with end users, distributor partners, and internal sales teams
Lead engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations
Assess customer needs and deliver customized solutions leveraging CP’s product portfolio
Map key account structures, identify decision-makers, and understand business strategies
Monitor performance metrics, detect gaps, and apply corrective measures
Partner with product and marketing teams to guide product development and promotional efforts

Required

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (without a degree, seeking a total of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers)
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers
Proven track record in sales within Heavy Truck & Bus Services and fleet management
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities
Experience with CP Tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP
Skilled in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) effectively
Capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international trips to Canada and Mexico as needed
