Receive AVR (PDF) from Client
Confirm property and borrower details match intake file
Use Client end database
Data Entry to the required fields in the database
Verify each Assignment and establish the clear assignment chain, report any break in assignment chain
Perform cross-checks: total assignments vs. report summary
Spot-check a sample of records against source PDF
Lock down entry file to prevent accidental edits
Deliver to client
