The Data Analyst plays a key role in driving innovation and delivering actionable insights by developing analytical datasets, writing complex SQL queries, and creating dashboards for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytical datasets and views in cloud data warehouse (Snowflake)

Write performant SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate business insight

Partner with analytics engineering to ensure data models and metric definitions align with analytic requirements

Translate complex analyses into clear visual insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Develop BI Dashboards and self-service reports that track key performance indicators and provide opportunity insights

Use programming languages (SQL, Python) to normalize, manipulate, and enrich datasets; automate recurring data processes

Maintain data governance standards across enterprise data warehouse systems and business segments

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers of product and business performance

Document data sources, transformations, metric definitions, and analytical logic

Collaborate across departments to support analysis and reporting needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience in analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos)

Experience with modeling strategies (dimensional, relational, semi-structured formats like JSON, XML)

Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

2+ years of experience in FinTech, Operations, or Supply Chain data environments (highly preferred)

Experience with cloud data tools and architecture; Snowflake preferred
