Responsibilities

Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and relevant financial institutions

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations

Maintain compliance with SEC regulations

Monitor market trends to provide strategic insights

Facilitate consistent and transparent communication about financial performance, corporate initiatives, and market positioning

Collaborate with internal teams to manage earnings releases, investor conferences, and other communication materials

Required

Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field

Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
