Contact Center Leader, Financial Sales
The QTI Group is partnering with a member-owned financial institution based in Sun Prairie to hire their next Financial Sales Contact Center Leader. This position will oversee a high-performing inside sales team, managing marketing leads, inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with loan applications and engage with existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities
Monitor call center operations, including oversight of call center performance, service levels, first response times and follow-up standards
Optimize call routing, scheduling and resource allocation to improve efficiency
Track and report on KPIs including call volume, call completion rate, lead conversion and other metrics
Manage recruitment, training, evaluation and compensation of inside sales and call center team members
Oversee all inbound and outbound sales calls, loan application follow ups, and chat responses
Ensure clients are provided great customer service, timely responses and accurate information related to lending applications
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or lending environments
3+ years of experience in a call or contact center environment
Proficiency in call center and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Agricultural Business or related field
Direct experience in consumer, commercial and agricultural lending
